DELAZENS is within very each reach of the historical CORDES SUR CIEL (just 9 kms), CASTELNAU DE MONTMIRAL, the ancient & beautiful city of ALBI or medieval town of St. Antonin Noble Val (both less than 30 kms).

Also very convenient for the wine-growing region of GAILLAC, just 20 minutes drive away, together with Toulouse - being just an hour away. In all, A great base from which to explore.

 

Nearby CORDES SUR CIEL (above) - a main tourist attraction, has numerous bars, restaurants (many located in the ancient part, serving traditional, classic & regional dishes), shops, local boutiques, banks, doctors, dentists, etc and a little train offering rides up to the top of this beautiful bastide town.

 

PROPERTY

Down a long driveway & set in its own private estate extending to almost 12 acres (4.75 hectares), the grounds around the house are mature, private and peaceful and with no near neighbours. Laid mostly to lawn close to the property and woodlands further afield, there is ample space for children to play, for adults to relax in the sun or wander the estate and explore !

Washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the SEPARATE UTILITY ROOM.

This is a truly lovely house. And it's big! Every room is big, the pool is huge and the garden is too. It has a real homely feeling with all the books, music and high comfort standards. (No sparse, empty holiday house feeling here) the region is beautiful and unspoiled. I highly recommend it.

This house is truly fantastic. The best equipped kitchen we have ever had in a rental house. Top quality everything. Very comfortable with lots of books, CD's and plenty of space with various sitting areas. A very welcome huge gazebo on the patio protects you from the sun whilst eating. And as for the pool - wow! Huge infinity pool with comfortable loungers. Massive gardens and grounds too. Close to beautiful towns such as Albi and Cordes. Highly recommend it.
