The property is set at the end of Place de Tilleuls, a quieter part of town, just moments from the restaurants, shops, boutiques and wonderful architecture that this lovely medieval town of St. Antonin Noble Val has to offer

With gated entrance and walled garden, the property offers more privacy- plus the advantage of security with small children. The gardens laid to lawn / flowers, with terrace for external dining & BBQ.

Parking (shaded and FREE with no time limit) is available in the Square directly in front of the property.




(The property is fitted with a large upright fridge/freezer with smoked glass doors. Therefore not recommended for families with young children). Apologies

Perfection in a medieval town

I simply cannot say enough positive things about this perfect little townhouse. Well appointed. Very comfortable. Quality linens, appliances, pots and pans, etc.. Both of the bedrooms were charming and very comfortable, which is not always the case. The conservatory overlooking the beautiful, tiered gardens at the side and rear of the house are a real delight. We had cocktails each night in the conservatory.. The location is ideal. Free parking out front every day. Fabulous market outside your front door on Sunday. Literally steps to a very good bakery, which we used very morning. The town is magical. Whether for two, or for four, this is an excellent choice for touring the region. Thank you Jayne.




A super little house, spotlessly clean, excellently equipped, on the edge of the most charming little village. On top of that a thoughtful and friendly host - a real little paradise



Little Gem

This was our second stay and we are already talking about visiting again next year. Put simply it just ticks all the boxes for us. Thank you !





We stayed at Place des Tilleuls in early September this year & very much enjoyed our stay, it is a lovely house and garden, very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. It’s certainly the best holiday house we have stayed in.   St Antonin Noble Val is a delightful town with numerous restaurants all within a few minutes walk and the area around is very beautiful. The weather was perfect, sunny but not too hot. Jayne was on holiday at the time of our stay but was always easy to contact and helpful if we had any questions.



We have visited this region many times over the last few years and always loved St. Antonin Noble Val so were delighted when we found this cottage on the internet. We were even more delighted when we arrived and found that not only did it live up to the description and pictures but was even better! It is a truly perfect cottage with a lovely garden and situated conveniently for the town and its amenities, especially the Sunday market! There are also many bastide towns nearby which are well worth a visit. Inside, the house is well equipped in every way especially kitchenware, has two beautiful bathrooms with great showers, & comfy beds. The owner, Jayne, is a delight and really helpful if you need advice. It was our second year running this year and I know we will go back there again next year some time, if available.
